American Airlines Cargo selects Rotate to strengthen sales technology

American Airlines Cargo is expanding its digital commercial toolkit, selecting Rotate to implement its Sales Cockpit and Sales Steering solutions as part of a broader push toward data-driven customer engagement.
The carrier said the solutions will equip its commercial teams with tools designed to enhance insight, consistency and proactive decision-making. Sales Cockpit analyzes market conditions to identify sales opportunities and integrates into the airline’s CRM system. Sales Steering provides network optimization guidance to ensure capacity is aligned with demand and positioned where customers need it.
Roger Samways, vice president of commercial at American Airlines Cargo, said the carrier is “excited” to work with Rotate as it strengthens digital and commercial capabilities, adding that the tools will help teams prioritize the opportunities that matter most while delivering a more responsive customer experience.
Rotate co-founder and CEO Ryan Keyrouse said the company is tailoring its solutions to deliver meaningful value to the airline and expects a lasting partnership.
