GDI consolidates its regional presence in cold-chain with the acquisition of Transcorp

Green Dome Investments continues its rise in specialized logistics with the acquisition of Transcorp International, a deal estimated at approximately 230 million Saudi riyals. Supported by Sisco, the group thus strengthens its position in the cold chain, a segment that has become strategic in the Middle East.
The demand for refrigeration infrastructure continues to grow, driven by the expansion of the food sector and the rise of pharmaceutical flows. In an environment where regulatory requirements and traceability standards are tightening, the mastery of specialized assets represents a decisive competitive advantage.
By densifying its regional network, GDI is betting on a vertical integration strategy, aiming to secure high-value-added volumes while improving operational reliability in rapidly expanding markets.
