HIVED has raised $42 million to expand its all-electric parcel delivery service. The London-based startup says the new funding will allow it to grow beyond the capital and reach more urban areas in southern England.

“We believe in building logistics that are fast, clean, and built for the future,” said Murvah Iqbal, co-founder and CEO.

Building on a Proven Model

HIVED operates with a simple rule: zero-emission vehicles only. The company uses electric vans and bikes to deliver goods across London. With this funding, it plans to add cities like Bristol and Brighton to its network.

The system behind HIVED is just as important as the vehicles. The company uses its own software to manage routes, reduce delays, and handle delivery data. Every parcel is tracked, and adjustments are made in real time.

Backed by Retail and Tech Leaders

Major retailers have already signed up. HIVED’s model has won praise for being reliable and environmentally friendly. The team says they’ve handled over 6 million deliveries with strong on-time results.

“We didn’t rush growth. We earned it by staying consistent,” Iqbal explained.

What’s Next?

The funding round will help hire new drivers, grow the tech team, and prepare the company for international steps. Discussions with partners in Europe are underway. The long-term goal: offer the HIVED platform to other cities that want to switch to green delivery models.
