Holman Logistics Named Top 100 3PL for Tenth Year Running

By Maria Kalamatas | July 18, 2025
Seattle, July 18 — Holman Logistics has once again secured a place on Inbound Logistics magazine’s Top 100 Third-Party Logistics Providers list, marking its tenth consecutive appearance. The recognition highlights the company’s continued performance in complex warehousing and fulfillment services across the United States.
“This isn’t about reaching a milestone — it’s about doing the right thing every day for our clients,” said Brien Downie, President of Holman Logistics. “Our teams show up with consistency, clarity, and purpose.”
Focused on complex logistics
Holman is known for its work with high-volume, high-complexity operations in sectors like food packaging, consumer goods, and industrial materials. The company operates facilities in multiple U.S. regions and provides customized services including kitting, labeling, and reverse logistics.
Rather than competing for massive contracts, Holman specializes in what it calls “focused excellence” — logistics solutions designed for clients with precise operational needs.
“We’re not chasing scale for its own sake,” Downie explained. “We’re building reliability in areas where a small error can have a big impact.”
Adapting to omnichannel challenges
With e-commerce and retail distribution merging, Holman has invested in unified systems to support omnichannel logistics. The company’s infrastructure allows a single inventory pool to serve both direct-to-consumer and retail distribution models.
This adaptability is particularly important for clients handling thousands of SKUs and fluctuating seasonal demand.
“Speed without accuracy doesn’t mean much,” Downie said. “Our systems are designed to handle both.”
Technology without losing the human touch
Recent investments include AI-powered forecasting tools and automated quality checks within their distribution centers. Yet the company insists that the core of its success is rooted in culture.
“Technology enables us,” Downie added, “but it’s people who drive trust and accountability.”
A decade of consistent recognition
Being named to the Top 100 list for ten straight years is rare in the 3PL sector, where volatility and turnover are common. For Holman, the streak reflects a steady approach that values long-term relationships over short-term wins.
“Our business is built on quiet dependability,” Downie concluded. “That’s what keeps us on the list — and more importantly, in our clients’ plans for the future.”
