Event Details:

By registering for our 6th Annual Global Conference in Cancun, Mexico, scheduled for May 13 to 16, 2024, you agree to attend the conference as per the specified dates and location.

 

Registration Process:

Complete the registration process on our website to secure your attendance. Payment is required at the time of registration to confirm your participation.

 

Payment Terms:

All conference registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept the payment methods specified on our website. Payments are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Conference registration cancellations are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in writing at least 30 days before the event.

 

Event Schedule:

The conference schedule, including sessions, speakers, and activities, is subject to change. Any alterations will be communicated to registered attendees through the email address provided during registration.

 

Accommodations:

 

Accommodations at the Grand Oasis Cancun are included in the all-inclusive formula. Participants will be automatically booked into the designated hotel. Any special requests or preferences should be communicated during the registration process. Please note that accommodation details are subject to availability at the Grand Oasis Cancun, and any changes will be communicated to registered attendees.

 

Badge and Access:

A conference badge will be provided upon check-in at the event venue. The badge must be worn at all times for access to conference sessions and activities.

 

Photography and Recordings:

By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. We reserve the right to use these materials in future publications and marketing collateral.

 

Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the conference. We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees in such situations.

 

Liability:

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings during the conference. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

 

Code of Conduct:

Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Any violation may result in removal from the conference without a refund.

 

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of U.A.E. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal channels.
